Candace Kopec, of Primary Health Care for the Sun Country Health Region, points out some highlights of the scale model of what Weyburn's new Primary Health Clinic may look like once it's built and running as Theresa Girardin stops to have a look at the plans. Sun Country staff and a patient helped brainstorm what should or shouldn't be part of the clinic, and the model was put together based on the needs for Weyburn, with space for six practitioners to provide health care services to patients. The health region hopes to have a location for this new clinic to be selected by the end of June, and to be built and operational by the fall.
