Fresh on the heels of the wildly successful Hedley concert, the City of Estevan has announced another top-selling Canadian pop act will be performing at Spectra Place.
Montreal's Simple Plan will perform in the city August 12 as part of their Get Your Heart On! Tour which is in support of their CD of the same name.
The pre-sale for Spectra Place seat holders begins Tuesday and will continue through Wednesday. The pre-sale for Estevan Bruins season ticket holders is Thursday. Tickets for the general public will go on sale Friday and are available at Henders Drugs as well as ticketmaster.ca. One dollar from every ticket sold on the tour will be donated to the Simple Plan Foundation.
Get Your Heart On! is Simple Plan's gold-certified fourth studio album and was released in June 2012. It includes the hit single Jet Lag.
Further details such as opening acts are expected in the near future.
