The last of the blizzard warnings have been lifted for southern Saskatchewan.

At 12:05 p.m. Tuesday, Environment Canada lifted the warnings for southeast Saskatchewan, including Estevan, Weyburn and Carlyle.

Other communities had their warnings lifted earlier in the day.

The blizzard blasted much of the province on Monday and early Tuesday, bringing strong winds and snow. Many highways in the province were closed, and power was knocked out in some communities.
