Stoughton (cpd) - The winners of the Stoughton Fall Agriculture exhibition are as follows:

Class 1 Flowers, first place winners: Gwen Veer: for Lily, Asiatic, Lily other than Asiatic, Marigold double, Petunia single white three blooms, Snapdragons, three spikes, Zinnias, three blooms-under 2 1/2 inches, annual flower not listed, three blooms, Salvia, three stems, Best Planter and Most Points. Valerie Goudy: Petunia single, coloured, three blooms, Perennial flower not listed, Gladiolus, one spike, Rose-Hybrid tea, one bloom on a stem, Rose Hardy shrub, one stem. Frances Verbeem: Sweet Peas, minimum of 12 stems, Zinnias three blooms over 21/2 inches, Angel's Trumpet/Datura.

Judging the flowers were Mildred Clements and Irene Dorrance both from Wawota.
