Tenille Arts participated in an online Stageit music concert last night, that helped raise money for music education for children around the world.

"If I didn't have my music, I wouldn't know what I would do," said Arts. "I wanted to do something to help other people enjoy music."

She had a 20-minute performance, featuring both country and pop music.

Stageit is an online venue where artists perform live, interactive, monetized shows for their fans directly from a laptop. Stageit also allows both fans and artists to be part of the show. Fans are encouraged to ask the artist questions, request songs and even chat with other fans during the show.

Tenille has been singing since she was eight years old and has worked towards a career ever since. Fans of Arts can follow her on twitter for updates by searching @TenilleArts. She also has her own YouTube account, where fans can listen to different songs.

Later this fall, Tenille is planning to go to Nashville, most likely in November.
