The Family Place staff would like to welcome Dawn Gutzke as their new Executive Director.
Dawn has been involved with The Family Place for almost two years and has volunteered many hours. She started working as Office Manager at The Family Place in September and her son is currently in the Mini-Go Program as well as the 4 Year Little Learners. She is very excited to take on her new role.
The staff at The Family Place wishes their former director Kathy Helfrick all the best in her new position at Elite Kitchens and best of luck in her future endeavours.
The Family Place will be holding an Open House on April 3 at 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to stop in and enjoy watching the facility in action. Come meet all the wonderful staff and children that bring The Family Place to life each and every day.
The Family Place Annual Garage Sale will be held on April 26, 27 and 28 at Weyburn Curling Club. The Family Place kindly asks anyone wanting to donate garage sale items to please hold them until the week of April 23, as there will be openings that week for drop-offs directly to the curling rink.
