The 12th Annual Family Place Festival of Trees opens on November 14 within the donated space at the Weyburn Co-op Home Centre in the City Centre Mall. All the trees and silent auction items will be available for viewing during regular store hours.
A Gala and Auction will be held on November 24 with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. Patrons can vote for their favourite tree, bid on silent auction items and enjoy hot beverages and homemade cookies.
Groups, businesses and individuals who would like to create a tree, wreath or any other item to the silent auction can arrange drop off with the Family Place directly by calling 842-7477.
