The RCMP responded to 65 files between March 1 and March 7. On March 1 RCMP responded to a collision near Forget in a rural area. A semi had flipped to its side. The driver suffered minor injuries, but no medical attention was necessary.

On March 1 RCMP responded to a collision near Forget in a rural area. A semi had flipped to its side. The driver suffered minor injuries, but no medical attention was necessary. No charges were laid.

There was a hit and run reported in Redvers. It was not determined where the accident took place, but the driver discovered it while in Redvers. There are no suspects at this time.

A complaint of theft of equipment was received. A four inch trash pump was taken from a rig site in the Parkman area. The item was stolen while the rig was inactive.

RCMP received three separate phone calls about two intoxicated persons who were hazards on Highway 9 north of Carlyle. Both males were arrested for public intoxication. One was examined by emergency medical services, but was found not to be injured. Both were held in cells until they were sober and are facing liquor related charges.

Members were called to a residence in the Carlyle area for a disturbance. RCMP attended and a 39-year-old male who was intoxicated while on court conditions not to be drinking. The male was arrested and transported to the detachment where he was held until sober. He will be facing criminal charges in court.

A collision occurred on Highway 13 near Forget. One vehicle was involved which had left the roadway and rolled. The driver was not injured and no charges were laid.

RCMP were called to a residence in the Carlyle area for a disturbance where a 21-year-old female was attempting to fight people. RCMP arrived and she had already left. The homeowners were satisfied with this.

On March 2 a 41-year-old driver was stopped and submitted to a roadside screening device. The driver's licence was suspended for 24 hours and was fined $360 for a liquor violation.

Members assisted in locating an overdue traveler who was coming home. RCMP were able to locate them shortly after and were able to update the complainant.

A call was received concerning a disqualified driver in the Carlyle area. Patrols were made but the subject was not located.

RCMP received a call concerning a disturbance at a residence in the Carlyle area. It was a family matter and the RCMP were not needed to respond as the family was able to work out their issues.

A complainant reported they had been receiving harassing phone calls. The RCMP spoke to the parties involved and charges were not laid.

An intoxicated person was causing a disturbance at a business in Carlyle. The suspect left prior to RCMP arrival, which the owner was satisfied with. Members did not locate the subject.

An alarm went off at a business in Carlyle. A key holder cancelled the RCMP before they attended.

A male in Arcola was reported to be uttering threats to harm others. The 48-year-old male was located and arrested. The male is now facing criminal charges in court.

On March 3 RCMP were called to a residence in Manor where a 25-year-old male was causing damage to property. The caller updated the RCMP later saying the subject had left. The investigation is ongoing.

Witnesses reported an impaired driver who was in the Carlyle area. The RCMP made patrols, but were unable to locate the suspect.

Members were called off while in response to an alarm at a business in Carlyle. A key holder called the RCMP off because it was a false alarm.

An erratic driver was reported on Highway 13 near Carlyle. Patrols were unable to locate the vehicle matching the description.

RCMP attended a call regarding an assault at a residence in the Carlyle area. Members spoke to witnesses who were reluctant to provide information. No one was injured and no charges were laid due to a lack of cooperation from the victim.

A 38-year-old male was arrested at a residence in Wawota for assault and will be facing charges in court.

On March 4 RCMP were called to a collision near Arcola. A vehicle left the roadway and landed on its side. A passerby called in the accident and an investigation is ongoing.

On Highway 13 near Forget a semi jackknifed due to extremely poor weather conditions. The vehicle was removed from the roadway. No one was injured and no charges were laid.

An erratic driver was reported to be driving a suburban style vehicle that was passing others when it was unsafe to do so due to weather conditions. The suspect vehicle was not located by the RCMP.

A rollover occurred near Manor on Grid 603. A single vehicle was involved and the driver was not injured.

On March 5 there was an act of vandalism within the town of Carlyle. Someone spray painted another person's property and this matter is under investigation.

A report of a collision with a deer was reported near the Parkman area. No one was injured.

A disqualified driver was reportedly operating a vehicle in Carlyle. RCMP didn't locate the suspect immediately; but, they have identified the subject and an investigation is ongoing.

A complaint was received concerning a computer scam. A caller stated that their computer locked up. An update on the screen said that this was due to the computer having accessed child porn and to contact a specific security company to have the computer unlocked. The number provided is to a fraudulent security company. This is a widely used scam currently and this matter is under investigation.

A deer collision was reported. No one was injured.

RCMP attended an alarm at a business in Carlyle. They were accompanied by a key holder and the alarm was determined to be false.

There was a two vehicle collision in Carlyle. There was minor damage to the vehicles, no injuries, and no charges laid.

Minors were reported as being in a licensed establishment in Redvers. RCMP attended, but no minors were located. The staff and owner were both spoken to about the matter.

A vehicle was stopped travelling 172 kilometres per hour in the fog near Redvers. The 36-year-old male was arrested for Dangerous Operation. He was held to appear before a provincial court judge and on March 6 he attended court. Pleading guilty he was given a nine month custody order and an 18 month driving probation order.

On March 6 members located an intoxicated female near a business in Carlyle. The female was arrested and taken to safety, no charges were laid.

Three individuals were charged with failing to appear in court on March 6.

Members began an investigation into a subject failing to abide by a probation order. At this point in time there are no charges, but the investigation is ongoing.

On March 7 there was a complaint of a vehicle parked in handicapped areas and no parking zones in Carlyle. No suspect information was obtained, but charges will be given to offenders if located in these areas.

An erratic driver crossed into the oncoming lane on Highway 13 near Carlyle. RCMP were unable to locate the suspect vehicle and no further information was reported concerning the described vehicle.
