Oct. 11: Police assisted with traffic control as a semi-trailer truck was being pulled out of ditch near Arcola.

The RCMP received a complaint of an improperly parked vehicle at the Carlyle High School. A member ticketed the vehicle, which was also towed from the premises.

Members responded to a minor vehicle collision near Redvers. No injuries were reported and there were no charges laid.

The RCMP was notified of a fallen railway sign in Carlyle. A member arrived at the scene to remove the debris and notified the CN rail company.

The RCMP responded to 2 false fire alarms-one at a business in Carlyle and the other a business in Arcola

A request was made for the RCMP to locate an individual in the area. Members were able to locate the individual at their place of residence where it was discovered that the phone line was inoperative.

Oct. 12: The RCMP received a report of a hit-and-run incident outside of the Bear Claw Casino and Hotel. The incident is pending further investigation.

The RCMP responded to a fire alarm at a residence in Kisbey which turned out to be false.

Two speeding tickets were issued on Highway 605 near Kisbey- one driver was fined $139 for travelling 109 km/h in an 80 km/h zone and the other was fined $192 for travelling 116 km in an 80 km/h zone.

The RCMP received a report of vandalism to the Skyline Motor Inn. The incident is pending further investigation.

The RCMP responded to a motor vehicle accident at the Carlyle Convenience and Gas Bar parking lot. Damages were minor and no one was injured.

A 9-11 hang-up call was received from the Skyline Motor Inn. It was determined that the caller made a mistake when dialing-out.

The RCMP conducted a conditions check on an individual in Arcola. The individual was in breach of the conditions and charges are pending.

Members responded to an assault taking place at the Carlyle Convenience and Gas Bar. A suspect was arrested and the incident is pending further investigation.

Oct. 13: The RCMP was requested to check on the wellbeing of a resident in Redvers. Members located the individual and reported the person as being safe.

The RCMP received a complaint of an assault at a residence in Redvers. Members attended the residence and no charges were laid.

The RCMP responded to a grass fire in the Kisbey area. When members arrived at the scene, the fire department had extinguished the fire and there were no signs of property damage.

The RCMP received a report of a possible impaired driver in the area. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.

A driver in the Carlyle area was fined $175 for not wearing a seatbelt. Members responded to a complaint of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance at an Arcola residence.

The said male had left the residence by the time members had arrived and no further police actions were required.

Ambulance services requested the assistance of the RCMP during a response to an injury at a residence in the area.

Oct. 14: During a patrol near Arcola, members charged a driver with impaired driving who is now facing charges.

The RCMP received a report of a possible break-and-enter in the area. An investigation into the incident revealed that the suspect had been granted permission to enter the property.

A complaint was received of a quad parked on Main St. in Carlyle. Members enforced a town bylaw prohibiting the leisurely use of quads in town and towed the vehicle. No charges were laid.

Oct. 15: The RCMP received a 9-11 hang-up call from a residence in Redvers. After calling back the residence, members determined that it was not a police matter.

The RCMP responded to a false alarm at a radio tower site in Arcola. A maintenance person had set off the alarm by accident.

The RCMP responded to a false alarm at a business in Redvers.

A speeding ticket was issued to driver travelling 138 km/h in an 100 km/h zone near Carlyle. The price of the ticket was $188.

The RCMP was notified of a grass fire near Antler. The local fire department attended the fire and no police actions were required.

Members responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a deer near Redvers. Only minor property and no injuries were reported.

Members were notified of an erratic driver on Highway 9, south of Carlyle. The vehicle was located and was travelling 143 km/h in an 80 km/h zone. The driver was issued a $468 speeding ticket and $280 fine for driving without consideration for others.

Oct. 16: The RCMP received a report of an impaired driver in the area. Members were unable to locate the vehicle.

Members received a complaint of an individual goose hunting near an oil field plant in the Arcola area. The incident is pending further investigation.

The RCMP received a report a car fire on Main St. in Carlyle. The Carlyle Fire Department attended the fire and no police actions were required.

A complaint was received concerning non-sufficient funds cheques issued to the Co-op in Arcola. The matter is pending further investigation.

Members received a 9-11 call concerning an erratic driver in the Carlyle area but were unable to locate the suspect.

Members received a complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 13 near Carlyle. The incident is pending further investigation; members received a report of an erratic driver near Redvers. The incident is pending further investigation.

The RCMP received a 9-11 hang-up call from the Skyline Motor Inn. Members determined that the call was a misdial and no patrols were sent to the location.

Oct. 17: Members responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 13 near Redvers. Minor property damage and no injuries were reported.

Members responded to an assault complaint at a residence in Redvers. A suspect was arrested and the incident is pending further investigation.

The RCMP received a report of stolen property near Manor. The incident involved a dispute over the sale of a home electronics item. The matter is pending further investigation.

The RCMP received a report of semi-trailer truck that was hauling fuel and leaking gas along a highway near Forget. The incident is under investigation.

The RCMP received a 9-11 misdial.

Members responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a deer near Forget. The car was no longer drivable and no injuries were reported.

Members fined a driver $125 for failing dim their headlights.

Oct. 18: The RCMP responded to a call involving a delivery truck that had rolled-over into a ditch. No injuries were reported.

The RCMP received a call of suspicious vehicle in the Carlyle area. Members were unable to locate any vehicles matching the description provided.

A ticket was issued to a Kisbey resident for failing to wear a seatbelt. The price of the ticket was $175.

The RCMP received a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a quad in the area. An ambulance crew attended the scene, no police actions were required and only minor injuries were reported.
