The City will also offer free swimming throughout the day at the outdoor pool, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. (except during the flag ceremony), and then from 1 to 5 p.m.
The day will conclude with a fireworks display at dusk, which is approximately 10:30 p.m., at the exhibition grounds.
