Thousands of people will walk together to raise funds to grant the most heartfelt wishes of children living with a life threatening illness. Saskatchewan is pleased to host the Wishmaker Walk for Wishes across the province on Saturday, October 15.
Wishmaker Walk for Wishes is the single most important fundraising event for The Children's Wish Foundation of Canada and its success is crucial in ensuring the Foundation's continued tradition of never refusing an eligible child a wish. Participants or "Wishmakers" make an important contribution by collecting pledges prior to walk day and walking the route in their area. They earn rewards based on the total amount of donations they have raised.
