The Women of the Year (WOY) awards are fast approaching and the nomination deadline is March 9. Anyone wishing to nominate a woman, who has exhibited exceptional service, commitment or innovation to the workplace, the nomination forms must be submitted by March 9.
Nomination forms can be found on discoverweyburn.com or can be picked up and dropped off at Brady's House of Flowers.
The WOY Nominees' Tea will be held at the United Church on March 25 at 2:00 p.m. The tea, which recognizes each of the nominees for WOY, also recognizes the WOY sponsors. Those wishing to attend should RSVP to lbanerjee@sasktel.net.
The Women of the Year Luncheon will be held at McKenna Hall on April 5 at 12:00 noon. The four WOY awards will be announced at the luncheon, following the guest speaker, Vianne Timmons. Sponsors will have assigned seating and will be recognized at this event. Luncheon tickets will be personally delivered.
