The 2011 President's Day Club Championship event was held at the Weyburn Golf Club on September 24. Thirty-five people enjoyed a beautiful day of golf this year. A meal was served at the Clubhouse and the evening concluded with President Dave Rommann thanking everyone present and the announcement of Head Golf Professional Brett Berkner and Kitchen-Lounge Manager Penny Tochor renewing contracts for the 2012 golf season.
In the ladies' category, gross scores, Tara Bailey came in first place, with Cheryl Rommann placing second and Peggy Henderson coming in third. In the net scores category, Penny Tochor came in first, followed by Jean Woodard in second and Rose Levesque coming in third.
In the men's category, gross scores, Travis Mryglod took first place, with Carter Hilkewich placing second and Marc Henderson coming in third place. In the net scores category, Russ Chartrand won first place, followed by Marshall Bakken in second and Craig Robson coming in third.
In the Senior Men's categories, the lowest gross score went to Lloyd Kerowatski in first, Pat Murphy in second place and Brad Henderson in third. The lowest net score went to Jim Pennington in first place, Kevin Bakken in second place and Blaine Frank in third.
