The Estevan branch of the Royal Canadian Legion has shown its support for baseball in Estevan.
The legion presented a cheque for $5,000 to Estevan Minor Baseball Saturday, during the U13 AA provincial championships happening in the city.
Participating in the cheque presentation were legion president Jim (Frosty) Forrest, minor baseball maintenance manager Mel Murray and minor ball president Joe Williamson.
