Boxing and MMA striking coach Ron Fraizer has been labelled one of the top trainers in the world.
Residents have a chance to take part in Fraizer's double impact seminar on the Prestige Fight Club MMA's Fall Out Weekend September 28th.
The seminar takes place Friday, September 27th from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. at Sadhana Yoga.
"We will bring the full MMA seminar with striking, strength and conditioning concepts and ideas," said Fraizer.
In his 10 year coaching career he has trained Randy Coulture, Forrest Griffin, Vitor Belfort, Wanderlai Silva, Johny Hendricks, Martin Kampmann, Mike Pyle, Gae Gonzaga, Roy Nelson, Gray Maynard and King Mo Lawal. He has trained and led numerous amateur fighters to win titles in MMA.
Currently a trainer at House of RYU, Fraizer will be bringing along fellow coach AJ Guardado, who has coached and trained with multiple amateur and professional fighters as the House of RYU wrestling coach.
