WJHS boys take top spot in Bulldog Classic

The Weyburn Junior High B Boys Basketball team took home 1st place in the Stoughton Bulldog Basketball Classic held March 2 to 4. WJH played an intense game against Oxbow that ended up going into overtime. In the end Weyburn pulled out a 44-41 win.

The Weyburn Junior High B Boys Basketball team took home 1st place in the Stoughton Bulldog Basketball Classic held March 2 to 4. WJH played an intense game against Oxbow that ended up going into overtime. In the end Weyburn pulled out a 44-41 win. Weyburn beat the Stoughton boys team 26-13 to advance to the finals. In the finals the boys beat the Stoughton girls team 46-13.

To end the season, the team will participate in the SEDAA districts on March 8 at St. Michael's school in Weyburn.
