The Editor:
I was sorry to see all the flowers are gone from the Estevan City Cemetery. They could have at least kept the ones in the vases.
Is the City going to replace them in the spring?
There is a lot of money spent on flowers, they are put out there for our loved ones, not to be thrown away. It's sad. Does no one care anymore?
The City (employees) should drive down our back alleys and clean that up, not take the flowers from the cemetery away.
