#13 between Stoughton and Carlyle has as much or more traffic than #1 and qualifies.

At 100 KPH it would take 33 min.

At 120 KPH it would take 27 min.

Take a chance of a $200.00 ticket for a few minutes, your choice!

The major foolishness is between Arcola and Carlyle.

At 100 KPH it takes 9.6 min.

At 120 KPH it takes 8.1min.

If traffic is moving at 105 KPH, why are you passing? Is it a tractor/trailer tailgating so close all you see in your rear view mirror is grill? This is rather unnerving and gives you two choices: become an idiot or pull over and report it, as tailgating is hazardous to both parties and can lead to foolish decisions.
