Florence Donison passed away in the Regina General Hospital on March 9, 2012, at 83 years of age. Her son Tim, heart heavy with sadness was at her side at the time of her passing. Florence was predeceased by her loving husband William Donison in 2005. They were happily and devotedly married for 50 years. Florence is predeceased by her husband Bill, daughter Cindy, and son Dennis. She is survived by, daughters, Dolores and Debbie and sons Jim, Dale, Robert and Tim. Mom had a heart of gold for her loved ones and animals. She was thrilled and proud when Tim spent Christmas day at the Fillmore Health Care Centre with her, bringing along two Saint Bernards which added immensely to her joy. As a home-maker she was totally devoted to her husband and children, always placing their needs first. Florence loved cooking and baking. Her Christmas boxed treats were always well received by children, grandchildren and friends. Florence's face would always light up when she was called, "mom." Her total devotion to the extra care she so unselfishly gave her husband Bill, in his final years, was a model for all to emulate. Rest in peace mom. According to Florence's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service.
