On Friday, February 3, 2012 Jean Dorothea Schultz, longtime resident of Pangman, passed away at the age of 90 years with her family by her side. She was born on October 3, 1921. She was the oldest daughter of James and Rose Pollard. Jean is survived by her loving son James (Penny) Schultz; grandsons Ryan, Cole and Jason; and brother Dean (Audrey) Pollard. She was predeceased by her loving husband Bill Schultz; parents James and Rose Pollard; and sisters Sharon and Mary Pollard. Jean had a long nursing career that spanned over 40 years across Canada. She was a long time nurse and resident of Pangman, where she raised her family. She touched and helped many people in her life and will be greatly missed by all. A memorial service was held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina on Saturday, February 11 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jean may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 279-3rd Avenue North, Saskatoon, SK S7K 2H8 or to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Regina Chapter, 1545C McAra Street, Regina, SK S4N 6H4.
