John Edward Kurtz born on March 18, 1915, passed away on March 24, 2012. John was predeceased by his father George, mother Margaret, brothers George (Dorothy), Bob (Elsie) (Joan), sisters Dora (Percy), and Margaret. He is survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. John passed away peacefully from the Weyburn Special Care home. John was born on his parent's farm 14 miles south of Weyburn. Funeral services were held on Wednesday March 28 at 2:00 p.m. from Church of Christ, Weyburn. Interment followed at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn. The family would like to thank the staff and nurses on the North Wing of the Weyburn Special Care Home for the wonderful care John received.
