Malcolm McNeil, late of Weyburn passed away January 19, 2012, at the age of 88 years. Malcolm was predeceased by his parents, James and Ethel (nee Symes) McNeil; uncles, Fred and Charles McNeil, Sylvestre Symes; his aunts; brother-in-law, Casper Wanner. Malcolm leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 58 years, Janet; one son, Charles; sister, Mary Wanner; two nephews, James (Rita) Wanner and Robert (Joan) Wanner; four great nieces; two great nephews and their spouses; six great great nephews, four great great nieces as well as cousins in England. Visitation was held on Monday, January 23 at 7:00 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn. A funeral service for Malcolm was held on Tuesday, January 24 at 11:00 a.m. from Grace United Church, Weyburn with Rev. M. Barnabas, officiating. Interment followed at Rainton Cemetery.
