Weyburn Chamber swears in new president, board for 2024

The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce held its President’s Dinner and annual meeting on Wednesday, swearing in Chad Bailey as the new president.

WEYBURN – The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce held its President’s Dinner and annual meeting on Wednesday evening at the Weyburn Legion Hall, swearing in Chad Bailey as the new president, along with a slate of directors for 2024.

The board members were elected to serve and represent the diverse business community of Weyburn and district.

The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce is a member-driven association that fosters business growth and development in Weyburn and district through advocacy, education, connections and events.

With this mission in mind, the new slate of directors is poised to lead the chamber into a prosperous future, advocating for the needs of local businesses and providing valuable resources and networking opportunities.

The newly-elected board of directors for 2024 are, President Chad Bailey; vice-president Trent Nelson; vice-president Jordan Szczecinski; past president Stephen Schuck; and directors Rodney Gill, Faye Billington, Todd Hastings, Shandel Clark, Laila Bader, Ryan Skjerdal, Nilesh Jejurkar and Lori McIntosh.

Each director brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the chamber, and they are committed to serving the best interests of the Weyburn business community.
