If you were a kid that just wanted to be a kid, Arcola Day Care Spring Fling was the place to be on April 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The carnival fundraiser, with more than 100 people in attendance was a success in all senses of the word.

There are regular events in the daily work of Canadian health care organizations that may create dread in the minds of some staff. Accreditation is one of those events and it's coming in May.

A group of volunteers have made initial steps to have a follow up to the Carlyle & District History book, "Prairie Trails to Blacktop".

On Wednesday, April 13, the students of both the high school and the elementary school took part in an Anti-Bullying Day at CES.
