14 new cases - eight in hospital - nine more recoveries

Saskatchewan’s active drilling rig count spent the third week of September hovering around 10 rigs working, with nine working on Sept. 25, according to Rig Locator ( riglocator.ca ).

Trustees for the South East Cornerstone Public School Division have been declaring their intentions for the upcoming school board election.

Stacey Wempe appeared before the South East Cornerstone Public School Division’s board Sept. 16 to lodge an appeal against mandatory mask use in the school system.

The Carlyle RCMP is investigating a pair of recent thefts. Over the weekend there was a theft of a Black 2016 Suzuki LTA500 King Quad ATV from a worksite near Alida. The Carlyle RCMP is seeking public’s assistance with identifying the suspects.
