While living through this current pandemic, for me, and I’m sure for many of you, it’s the waiting and the not knowing that’s the hardest part. Reading the Scriptures this morning I realized that the disciples faced a similar dilemma.

On Sunday, April 19, Manor Fire Department was called to put out a grass fire south of Manor on the landfill road. The Department was on site with three units and Carlyle and R. M. 63 Fire and Rescue were called in for backup, providing 4 units.

As of April 20, 2020, Saskatchewan has one new case of COVID-19, bringing the total to 316 reported cases. All cases are confirmed. Seventy-four of the 316 reported cases are considered active.

Between March 1, 2020, and April 16, 2020, Saskatchewan RCMP have received 894 COVID-19 related calls for service in Saskatchewan RCMP jurisdiction.

“Hearts in the Windows” is an acclamation from the Facebook group called the Heart Movement. The local Carlyle RCMP is showing appreciation for area essential workers by hanging hearts in the windows of the detachment in Carlyle.
