A GoFundMe campaign has been started to support a young person who has lived in Estevan who was injured in a farming accident in west-central Saskatchewan this week. Cole Sletten lost his hand in a farming accident near Hazlet.

Estevan RCMP is investigating a break and enter into storage C-cans south of Estevan at Sunset subdivision. The culprits cut the locks off the doors to gain access.

Thursday, Aug. 20, is a Burgers to Beat Multiple Sclerosis (MS) fundraiser day at the Estevan A&W fast-food restaurant. Two dollars from every Teen Burger sold at A&W will be donated to support Canadians living with MS.
