The indoor track at Affinity Place is open again. The City of Estevan announced Monday the reopening of the track, with restrictions in place.

Estevan Fire Rescue Service (EFRS) members were called out to an incident that involved a tree and a power line during the weekend. The call came in at about 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Members of the Estevan Police Service arrested multiple people during the weekend. Police located a local man Sunday who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failing to attend court.

The Estevan RCMP is investigating a vandalism incident that occurred at the pierced rock formations near Roche Percee recently. Some photos of the vandalism were posted on social media last week.

For the first time this year, Environment Canada had to issue a severe thunderstorm warning for the Estevan area. A strong thunderstorm rolled through Estevan late Sunday night and continued into early Monday. The warning was issued at 12:03 a.m.
