The City of Estevan has announced that the Highway 47 South/Souris Avenue South construction and resurfacing project has started from the junction with Highway 18 to First Street.

The emergency room at Oxbow’s Galloway Health Centre is open once again. The service reopened on Monday morning at 8 a.m., after a closure that lasted several weeks.
