Southeast company fined for workplace accident
A southeast Saskatchewan company has been fined following a workplace accident that occurred in 2018. Rosengren Farms pleaded guilty in Estevan Provincial Court on Oct. 26 to one count under The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 1996.

With freezing rain and snow covering the ground the fire crews had a bit of a quieter stretch with just a few calls lately. Last Tuesday the crews were called out to a tree branch and power line fire. The call came in at about 8 a.m.
