Legion makes donations from poppy fund
The Estevan branch of the Royal Canadian Legion recently presented a trio of cheques to assist veterans. The legion donated $20,000 from the Poppy Trust Fund; the money was raised through its annual poppy campaign prior to Remembrance Day.

There is another new case of COVID-19 in southeast Saskatchewan, according to the daily data supplied by the Ministry of Health. The new case is in Southeast Zone 4, which includes Estevan. There are now seven active cases in Zone 4.
