It was a successful season on the track for members of Estevan's Trackside Motocross Association while racing on the South Corner Racing Circuit. More than two dozen Trackside riders were part of the circuit this season.

Estevan city council approved the purchase of a rescue pumper truck at its September meeting. The new truck will replace a unit that is 22 years old; trucks are supposed to be replaced after about 20 years of service.
