Submitted by S. Falconer The annual Stock Dog Trials were held at Mankota from August 16 to 19 near the rodeo grounds. There were 50 dogs competing in the classes.

After more than a year of searching, the committee working on the Forever in the Clouds monument has found all of the faces it has been looking for to complete the tribute.

E. Bourassa & Sons hosted another barbeque on Aug. 28. A total of $2,069 was raised from three barbecues they held, with all proceeds going towards the Carlyle Sports Arena. Anita Delalleau (centre) accepts the cheque on behalf of the arena.
