The 2nd annual “A Walk to Remember” is being held on Sunday, September 13.

The Weyburn Branch of the Saskatchewan Genealogical Society will resume their monthly meetings on September 15, after adjourning for the summer. Meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Weyburn Public Library.

Warm and relatively dry weather has allowed producers to make good progress on harvest. Twenty-nine per cent of the crop is now combined and an additional 30 per cent is swathed or ready to straight-cut.
