Curator Regan Lanning made some introductions as she began the reception for the Weyburn Arts Council exhibit on Thursday evening at the Signal Hill Art Gallery. The members of the Arts Council were featured in an exhibition, and those interested were invited to come and meet the arts council members and see their art on display. These angel's wings were part of a display by council member Ashley Fisher.
