Strictly speaking the provisions of the "Littering" Bylaw applies even to snow. Under the bylaw snow from private property cannot be placed on a public street or lane. Weyburn has obviously had a large amount of snowfall in a short time period making meaningful cleaning of property very difficult. Please try your best to be understanding at this time. The more snow blown or piled from a private residence on a street soon makes that street impassible and a problem for not only all local residents but emergency vehicles as well.
