The Estevan Police Service (EPS) has released more information on a furniture theft that was first disclosed Wednesday morning.

The Estevan Police Service (EPS) has released more information on a furniture theft that was first disclosed Wednesday morning.

In a message through the Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory Network, the EPS said it received a report of new furniture being stolen from a sea can belonging to the store in central Estevan. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between Sept. 26 and 29.

The amount of furniture and value has yet to be determined, but it is believed to be substantial. This was the second incident at this location, with the preceding incident occurring on Sept. 11.
