Fire and police vehicles were filled with toys once again Saturday at Canadian Tire’s Estevan location as part of the toy drive for the Angel Tree program.

Representatives from the Estevan Fire Rescue Service and the Estevan RCMP were at the store for six hours on Saturday. They were also at the store on Thursday.

People have been purchasing toys and other products at the store and placing them in the fire truck and the police car. The toys will then be turned over to the Angel Tree, which is operated through the Community Hamper Association. The Angel Tree helps local children have toys at Christmas.

A toy drive has been happening at Canadian Tire for a number of years to support the Angel Tree.
