Weyburn police aiming to hand out 'Positive Tickets'
Quota International of Weyburn is teaming up with the Weyburn Police Service to launch the "Positive Ticket" program in the city. This project is part of the 40 Developmental Assets Initiative brought forward by the Sun Country Health Region.
