The Estevan Eclipse Downhole Solutions U18 AAA Bears hockey club has announced their first recruits for their inaugural season. The Bears revealed the commitment of 12 players via their social media channels on Friday and Saturday.

Father Len Albers passed away on January 7, 2014 at age 89. Albers grew up on a farm in the Big Muddy Valley area south of Bengough. This year, he became one of the inductees into the Saskatchewan Baseball Hall of Fame.
