The Big Six Hockey League’s 2019-20 regular season wrapped up Tuesday night when the Carlyle Cougars defeated the Yellow Grass Wheat Kings 5-3 in Carlyle.

The Estevan Minor Hockey Association hosted its annual peewee house tournament Jan. 31 – Feb. 2. Sixteen teams from all across the southern Saskatchewan had a chance to show off their skills and play some good hockey throughout the weekend.

The Senior Girls Basketball Team, the Assiniboia Rockets, worked hard together for the 2020 Pink Game on January 31 for the Hoops for Hope tournament. This program helped many in their battle against cancer.

The Estevan Bruins finished their four games in five nights road trip with a 3-2 overtime victory over the Melfort Mustangs on Saturday night.
