The Midget AA John Hulbert Construction Wings are hoping that hockey fans of all ages will “Pack the Rink” on Sunday, Dec. 15, in support of their teammate, No. 7, Cooper Walbaum.

For the first time in years, the Estevan Minor Hockey Association hosted a midget tournament for house league teams, and used it to remember a dedicated local hockey player.

The Estevan novice Flames hockey team won the Crosby Comets annual Novice/Mite Tournament.

The Estevan Bruins surrendered three goals in the third period in a 5-2 loss to the host Melville Millionaires Friday night in a game between two teams battling for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League.
