After a week of frustration in the Sherwood Division, the Power Dodge Estevan Bruins unleashed a deluge of goals in their last road game there this week, a 9-4 clobbering of the Melfort Mustangs.

The Crescent Point Energy Eagles peewee football team and coaches gathered with the Moose Jaw league trophy, after defeating the Assiniboia Rockets 64-28 on Friday night at the Weyburn Minor Football field.

The Power Dodge Estevan Bruins can’t shake off the bad string of results from their trip through the Sherwood Division, as they dropped a close 3-2 decision to the La Ronge Ice Wolves Friday night.

Volleyball Playoffs Junior boys’ volleyball (grades 7 – 9) is underway at GFK. The junior boys’ team will be practising and playing games Tuesday and Thursday after schools until District playoffs on Nov. 8.
