The Estevan novice Dayman Trucking lacrosse team earned the silver medal and finished with a record of 2-2 during a tournament in Estevan from May 22 to 24. The Estevan novice Vipers also competed in the tournament but finished with a record of 0-4.

The Southeast Legacy midget AAA Twins recently went 1-3 during a four-game home stand over the weekend. The Twins played a double header against the Swift Current Indians on May 23 and lost both games 14-4 and 8-4.

Students at Arcola School recently popularized table tennis in the community through attending the Table Tennis Saskatchewan Provincial School Championships on April 17 and 18.

The Estevan Girls Softball Association’s season is well underway as they play four days a week. The association consists of squirt, peewee, bantam and midget divisions, along with the Learn to Play program.

The Estevan Comprehensive School Elecs football team recently wrapped up their annual spring football camp, which took place from May 11 to 15. The camp gave the coaches an idea of what to expect once the season starts in the fall.
