Stoughton to host the junior mens curling championships
The Stoughton Curling Club will host the 2011-12 junior mens curling championships from Jan. 5 to 9. A total of 12 teams will compete at this event, after qualifying from either the northern playdowns, the southern playdowns or qualifying spiels.

A Weyburn attraction of national appeal is the former church of preacher / politician Tommy Douglas. The Calvary Baptist Church was built in Weyburn in 1906 by volunteers and moved to its present location on South Hill in 1985, opening in 1991.
