The 2019 Track Provincials were held in Moose Jaw on Friday and Saturday for students in Midget, Junior and Senior levels.

The Weyburn Beavers returned to Yorkton on Wednesday to face the Cardinals and came away with a 12-4 win. Tonight they started a three-game home series against the Medicine Hat Mavericks and beat them 4-3. Friday's game wil start at 7:05 p.m.

Sandra LaRose received a standing ovation of support as she presented the very first scholarship in memory of her daughter, Kailynn Bursic-Panchuk, at the Weyburn Comprehensive School's awards night on Tuesday evening.
