Weyburn Review

Weyburn city police received a report of the theft of a bicycle on Saturday. The bicycle was last seen in the area of the Old City Hall building downtown. The bike is described as a dark green 24-inch Hooligan mountain bike.

Singer Tenille Arts was a double SCMA winner at the 30th Annual Saskatchewan Country Music Awards, held over the weekend in Saskatoon. Tenille walked away with the trophies for Songwriter of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year.

Painter Sharon Olson will soon have one of her art works mounted in an unusual location, on a doorway facing an alleyway in downtown Regina.

A precautionary boil water advisory (PDWA) is in effect for the City of Weyburn immediately as of Sunday, April 14. This also affects Weyburn Utility Board customers. Residents are advised to boil water for drinking/eating purposes.
