Members of one of Weyburn’s major charitable organizations, the Weyburn and District United Way, will vote on whether to dissolve the group at a special meeting to be held on Wednesday, Dec. 12 at the Weyburn Legion Hall.

Mayor Marcel Roy was questioned on issues ranging from traffic concerns to the city’s proposed fieldhouse facility to be built alongside the new elementary school, as he spoke to the Weyburn Rotary Club on Thursday at the Legion Hall.

Fans of musicals directed by Colleen Weimer will once again get to see an entertaining production, as she will bring together performers of a wide range of ages for the “Annie” musical, to be performed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec.
