A four-year-old member of the Norquay Skate Club was named winner of the Duso Skater of the Month award for March. William Salisbury, who was nominated by Kaeley Kish, the club’s president, received a bursary of $100 and a certificate.

Whist and snooker players competed at the Kamsack Seniors’ Centre during the past two months.

The Sadok Ukrainian Dancers at Kamsack will be showing the community what they’ve learned during the past season tonight at the Kamsack Playhouse.

A market garden which had attracted as many as 200 customers in the two summers that it operated about eight miles east of Kamsack, has moved five miles closer to the community and is opening its doors to other vendors of produce, crafts and baking.

A spring clean-up of discarded syringes was held in Kamsack April 18 and at Yorkton on April 25.

A Kamsack man was recently found guilty of two charges under the Saskatchewan Wildlife Act and Regulations and fined $1,200 in provincial court.
