Working at the CLS was an amazing opportunity afforded to me while I was completing my M.Sc. at the U of S.. We are certainly very lucky to have such an amazing national facility in Saskatchewan.

The beautiful building was opened December 20, 1911, by Lieutenant Governor Brown and Dr. Murray first President of the University of Saskatchewan. Too many buildings lack the names of architects and their history.

The city of Yorkton is currently experiencing an increase in the number of pertussis cases. So far, people from 1 to 45 years have been affected. However, most cases have been seen in adolescents.

Sacred Heart High School has had a change in leadership. The Christ the Teacher Catholic School Division has announced that Rachel Sterzuk takes over as principal, with former principal Trent Senger leaving the school after 14 years.
