Saskatchewan residents are being encouraged to protect themselves against influenza this season by getting a flu shot. The publicly-funded seasonal influenza vaccine will become available across the province beginning October 21.

A voir dire has been scheduled in the 2009 murder of Gwenda Gregory. Jaycee Mildenberger of Usherville stands accused of killing Gregory in her home in March 2009.
